Ballerina Fairies
Here is just a random picture I came across of Abigail and her cute cousin Liza who came to visit from the Denver area a few weeks ago. (She is Alec's sister's daughter.) This was when they were being ballerina fairies, and had to pose very dramatically. It's too bad we didn't get more photos while they were here. The kids all seemed to have a lot of fun together, and we wish we all could hang out more often.

Lagoon
I was about to get in the shower this morning and found that we have no water. So, blogging it is! I'll start with Lagoon...
We went to Lagoon a couple of weeks ago for my dad's Top Stop Lagoon Day, and here are the pics....

Soccer
a.k.a. 3-on-3 Swarm BallAbigail has had two soccer games thus far, so I decided I should post some photos. With six players at a time (3 from each team) trying to connect with the ball, Abigail doesn't get a whole lot of action. I suppose she doesn't really possess the killer instinct necessary for Swarm Ball. Regardless, she has fun and gets some exercise. We have fun watching all the little 5-year-old girls chase the ball from one end of the field to the other in their pastel pink uniforms. I don't know how our team lucked out getting the pink jerseys, but it sure does appeal to Abigail's princess side. And Owen has fun running around with the other little brothers not yet old enough to play on a soccer team. Interestingly (or not), the little brother impromptu game on the side sometimes resembles an actual soccer game.
Abigail wanted me to include this photo of Kate's dad (Craig)...

Today is my parents' 43rd wedding anniversary...
Poor bridesmaids must have really hated my mom for those lovely head ornaments! (Of course, it was probably totally cool back in 1964.)Posted by Andrea 2 comments
